Description

The United States Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) requests proposals to repair an existing low-scope EPDM roofing system on Building (BLDG) 212. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as a total 100% Small Business Set Aside. This RFP contains a base bid plus options. Contractors submitting proposals MUST price the base bid and all bid options in their proposal. All work is to be completed in accordance with (IAW) the Scope of Work (SOW), attached specif ications, and plans. See DFARS 252.236-7001. IAW FAR 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the total estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A Pre-Construction site visit is scheduled for 0800 (8:00 AM) Central Time (CT) on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Public Works Conference Room, Basement of Building 102, Rock Island Arsenal. While attendance is not mandatory to submit a proposal, it is highly recommended.� If attending, reservations are required. See the solicitation for further details.
