Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 1282A720Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03. This acquisition will not be set aside and is unrestricted.� The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 334510 is 1250.� Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment (except as otherwise specified herein); and plan, schedule, and coordinate as necessary to provide a brandname or equal to 254 Series Mini-Max Sound Shelter to Frenchburg Job Corps Center (JCC), to ensure effective performance of all supplies as specified in the Request for Quotes (RFQ).� Delivery is expected to be 30 days After Date of Contract (ADC). No mileage or compensation will be allowed for travel to and from the Frenchburg JCC.� The Contractor shall be fully responsible for providing a audiometric booth as indicated herein for the location listed below: Frenchburg Job Corps Center 6969 Tarr Ridge Rd Frenchburg, KY 40322 See attached list of salient charecteristics.�
