- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued.� The solicitation number is 2020-SS29. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-02 and 03 are incorporated.� It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.� The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses https://acquisition.gov/far/index.html and http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/sitemap.html.� The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity firm fixed price contract.
