- Description
- To upgrade the data acquisition software (Analyst) and the quantitation software (MultiQuan) for operation with Sciex mass spectrometers. Parties interested in submitting other than the upgraded version, the proposed software must meet the salient characteristics as specified below. Software for data acquisition, qualitative analysis, and quantitative analysis (Analyst) Software shall be able to perform data acquisition, qualitative analysis, and quantitative analysis on Sciex Triple Quadruple and QTRAP mass spectrometers (including Sciex 4000, 5000, and 6500). For data acquisition: software shall be able to control Sciex mass spectrometers including, but not limited to providing functionality for instrument control, setting acquisition parameters of instruments, and performing automated optimization of acquisition parameters for the compounds of interest. For qualitative analysis: software shall be able to display spectra for compound identification and to construct multiple ion chromatograms simultaneously for qualitative screening. For quantitative analysis: software shall be able to perform analytes quantitation using external standard and internal standard calibration methods. Software shall be able to generate custom reports with built-in templates. Software shall be compatible with Windows 10. Advanced Quantitative Analysis Software (MultiQuan 3.0 or Sciex OS-MQ) Software shall be able to perform advanced quantitative analysis on Sciex Triple Quadruple and QTRAP mass spectrometers (including Sciex 4000, 5000, and 6500), allowing users to create custom flagging rules for outliners and for tolerance criteria. Software shall be able to quantify complex sample sets with >100 Selected Reaction Monitoring (SRM) transitions, providing superior data processing and visualization, powerful data integration, and enhanced audit trail Software shall allow users of different skill levels to perform their own automated analyses. Software shall be compatible with Windows 10.
