- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Forest Service this has expired in the Stanislaus National Forest, Tuolumne County CA, located on Strawberry Peak, Section 18, Township 4 North, Range 18 East.� The Government requires tower and rack space for radio transmitters/receivers, power amplifier and radio antennas.� The tower and rack space must be located such that it provides an un-interrupted and clear line of sight required for radio communication, which is a mission critical fire and life safety component of the Forest Service. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by Close of Business Monday February 3, 2020.� (Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).� Interested parties should send expressions of interest to: Angela Drudik Lease Contracting Officer 308-238-8906 angela.drudik@usda.gov
