- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency Energy anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP/Solicitation) Government �Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) for fuel services at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Refueling operations shall be performed using best commercial practices and guidelines in accordance with (IAW) all applicable Local, State and Federal regulations. The Contractor shall be responsible for and furnish as required all personnel, equipment, and/or material necessary for providing these services. Services includes operating, maintaining, managing and providing fuel services for all fuel facilities, related structures and property. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside, under NAICS 493190 (Other Warehouse and Storage) with a size standard of $30 million dollars.� The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. One award will be generated from this solicitation.� The period of performance is September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2024 for a four-year base and one five-year option from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2029 in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.217-9.� Additionally, the option to extend, not to exceed six months, will be included IAW FAR 52.217-8. The contract award will be subject to FAR 52.222-41, The Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly known as the Service Contract Act of 1965). The solicitation is anticipated to be issued to Contracting Opportunities website at www.beta.SAM.gov in mid-March. A pre-proposal conference will be held at a future date and will be posted to Contracting Opportunities. Interested companies responding to the solicitation will be required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) formally Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). A Sources Sought Notice was previously issued for this requirement under SPE603-20-R-5X01 on November 04, 2019. This is not an RFP, a promise to issue an RFP, or a promise by the Government to pay for information received in response to this synopsis or any subsequent announcement. This information is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract.
