Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions are those if effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04.� A copy of this provision may be obtained at www.acquisition.gov/far.� The solicitation number is 12405B20Q0011 and is issued as a�Request for Quotation (RFQ).��This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced.� Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the USDA Bio Preferred SM Program.�� North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS):� 561720 (Janitorial Services); Size Standard:� $19.5 million. Set-Aside:��100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The USDA/ARS/SEA, Harry K. Dupree Stuttgart National Aqualculture Research Center, Stuttgart, AR�is in need of a�firm-fixed price service contract for�janitorial support services for a Base (12 month) Year plus Four (12 month) Option Years for Building #1, with extension#1A, and Buidling #2 at HKDSNARC location in Stuttgart, AR.� The Contractor shall provide all managerial, administrative, and direct labor and employee training as necessary to ensure custodial (basic cleaning, restroom cleaning, and trash removal) services are performed.� Cleaning will be for five (5) days per week, with a minimum of six (6) hours per day, maximum of eight (8) hours per day.� Prior to the start of work under this contract, the contractor shall submit a cleaning frequency schedule to the LSM and the Contracting Officer.� A minimum of 3 references are required and must have received the proposed services within the last three calendar years (Government references preferred but will accept commercial references).� The Standard Form 18, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Building Site Maps, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for Janitorial Services, �Past Performance/Experience Information Sheet, and Wage Grade Determination (Service Contract Act) #2015-5133 for Arkansas County, Arkansas are included as attachments to this notice.� Site Visit:� No formal site visit is scheduled at this time.� If you would like to arrange an appointment�to�visit site for a pre-quote tour, you must�contact:� Dr. Carl Webster (Location Coordinator/Center Director/Research Leader)�Phone: (870)673-4483�carl.webster@usda.gov.�� Questions must be submitted in writing�to the issuing office via email at monte.jordan@usda.gov�prior�to this notice end date.� No telephone inquiries will be honored.
