Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE BUILDING JANITORIAL AND CUSTODIAL RELATED SERVICES FOR SARASOTA AND FT. MYERS FL THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. No solicitation or specifications are available at this time. This sources sought will not be linked to the solicitation. The General Services Administration (GSA), Southeast Sunbelt Region, Acquisition Management Division, Florida Branch, is conducting market research to determine the capabilities of 8(a) Business concerns and assist the Contracting Officer in determining whether an 8(a) set-aside is appropriate for the procurement. The services anticipated to be provided under the potential procurement shall be on a daily basis; i.e., 7 days a week.� The Contractor will be responsible for providing management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all custodial related services for the following buildings: TSA, Fort Myers Airport (FL3134ZZ), 11000 Terminal Access Dr, Ft. Myers, FL (Approximately 9,320 sqft) TSA, Sarasota Airport (FL3051ZZ), 6000 Airport Circle, Sarasota, FL� � � � � (Approximately 3,806 sqft) This includes, but is not limited to the following items: mops brooms floor cleaning solutions window cleaning solutions furniture cleaner furniture polish dust mops and rags vacuum cleaner scrubbers carpet cleaner sponges rags trash bags (all administrative space receptacles) paper towels (kitchenettes and break rooms) luggage carts buckets, receptacles and other items deemed necessary to fulfill these requirement The anticipated award will be a base year contract with four, one-year options, for a potential total of five years.
