Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: SOFTWARE LICENSE FEE SERVICES The U.S. Government intends to increase services for contract number W81K00-19-P-0454 for RALS Software License on a SOLE SOURCE basis to provide this software to Bayne-Jones Community Hospital (BJAHC) at Fort Polk, LA. The proposed increase in services for contract number W81K00-19-P-0454 is a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) action to: Alere Informatics, Inc. Charlottesville, VA 22901-3601 This sole source requirement is issued under the statutory authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This service increase will provide setup, training and 24/7 customer support for the following periods of performance: Base Year: 01 October 2019 to 30 September 2020; Option Year #1: 01 October 2020 to 30 September 2021; Option Year #2: 01 October 2021 to 30 September 2022; Option Year #3: 01 October 2022 to 30 September 2023; Option Year #4: 01 October 2023 to 30 September 2024.
