Notice of Industry Day OAM20026- INFOSEC This is NOT a solicitation for a proposal, proposal abstract, or quote. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding qualified business sources. The information gathered from the �Industry Days� will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition methods for upcoming requirements. The Office of Cybersecurity�s Information Security directorate (INFOSEC) at the United States House of Representatives is holding several industry days, to meet with potential vendors to discuss their capabilities. INFOSEC provides a wide range of information security support services to U.S. House of Representatives (House) Members, Committees, Leadership Offices, and staff.� Chief among them is ensuring the continued operation of the systems that protect the House network against unauthorized access, modification of data, and malicious activity.� These systems require continuous management and monitoring to ensure they are functioning as expected and to analyze and respond to alerts as they occur. Meetings with potential vendors will take place in 30-minute increments starting at 8am in the O�Neill House Office Building. This is an opportunity for vendors present their companies� capabilities to the leadership team of INOFSEC with no other vendors present. The focus shall be on cybersecurity. The following timeslots will be available and will be assigned once a requesting email and capabilities statement (instruction below) is received. �� Wednesday, February 19th 2020 & Wednesday, March 4th 2020 8:00 am � 8:30 am 8:45 am � 9:15 am 9:30 am � 10:00 am 10:15 am � 10:45 am 11:00 am � 11:30 am 11:45 am � 12:15 pm 1:00 pm � 1:30 pm 1:45 pm � 2:15 pm 2:30 pm � 3:00 pm 3:15 pm � 3:45 pm 4:00 pm � 4:30 pm * Timeslots will be awarded on a first come first serve basis ** The Government reserves the right to add additional timeslots based�on industry responses. *** The Government reserves the right to deny a request for a meeting for any reason. The format of each meeting will follow: First 15 mins- Prestation of Companies� Capabilities by the vendor (will have access to HDMI Input and large Monitor with Audio) Last 15 mins- Question and Answer (Q and A) session between Vendors and INFOSEC Leadership. The deadline to request a timeslot is February 14th, 2020. Once the requesting email is received, a time slot will be assigned, instructions on how to enter the O�Neill House Office Building and a power point presentation about INFSOEC will be provided. If interested, please submit the following information to Ryan.Moran@mail.house.gov no later than (NLT) Friday February 14, 2020 at 2 PM EST. The subject line shall be read: �OAM20026- INFOSEC Industry Day� Registration email shall include the following information: Company Name and point of contact (name, phone and e-mail) Name of people attending (Limit 5) The Capability Statement shall meet the following criteria: Company information as follows: Company name, address, phone number, CAGE code, DUNS number, GSA Contract Number (if applicable) and point of contact (name, phone and e-mail) Capability Statement must be in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF format, single spaced, 11-point font (excluding charts and graphics) and the entire document shall not to exceed 5 pages in length to include all attachments, charts, etc. Capability Statement must include but is not limited to (a) companies core capabilities (b) corporate experience and management capability; and examples of prior completed Government contracts (if any), references, and other related information Disclaimer and Important Notes This Sources Sought does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization�s qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Please note that the United States House of Representatives is not subject to Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) or any of its supplements. Confidentiality No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
