Description
REQUEST FOR SOURCES This is a Request for Sources ONLY and NOT A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. Pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research, this survey is to determine the availability and capability of small business and socio-economic small business sources (to include HUBZones, SDVOSBs, WOSBs and EDWOSBs) who may be interested in providing the products and perform the work described herein. NAICS - 238220: Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractors SMALL BUSINESS SIZE: $16.5 million Work Site: Pea Ridge National Military Park, Garfield, Arkansas 1. Architectural Scope: Provide 4 inch thickness of spray-on insulation to the underside of the existing roof structure and other vertical and horizontal surfaces exposed to unconditioned spaces. 2. HVAC Scope: Replace the existing air-cooled chiller with a new 30 ton unit. Add a buffer tank to the existing piping system. Replace three existing propane boilers with two new high efficiency propane condensing boilers. Install a new propane flow meter in the gas piping system. Upgrade all building controls with a new BACnet control system. Provide a new ductless split system for the data closet. Add a new humidifier to each of the two existing supply duct mains leaving the air handler in the attic space. There is no set-aside determination at this time; however, the National Park Service will make a set-aside determination based on this Office's small business achievement goals, and the interest and capability of respondents to this Sources Sought. This Sources Sought Notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; nor does it represent a promise to issue an RFQ or RFP in the future. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is possible for the Government, and to determine the set-aside classification. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes or offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Please be advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought; all costs associated will be solely at the responding party's expense. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Response must provide clear and concise documentation which evidences the respondent's bonafide capability to provide these products/services. The respondent must provide: 1) A capability statement/business profile that addresses the respondent's/firm's qualifications and ability to support and perform as a prime contractor, and provide the products and perform the services described within this Request for Sources. 2) Responses should contain the Respondent's Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, DUNS Number, Cage Code, Phone Number, Email Address, and small business category. 3) All proprietary information that is not to be disseminated in follow-on Government documents must be clearly identified in the Respondent's response.
