- In accordance with with FAR 5.203(b) and 6.302-1 the National Park Service intends to award a base plus four option year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to Harold LeMay Enterprises, Inc on the basis of other than full and open competition for Mount Rainier National Park (MORA) to contract for solid waste, recycling and compost material pick up/disposal services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document exists at this time. Under Title 80 of the Revised Code of Washington (RAC) solid waste and recycling removal/disposal services in the State of Washington are regulated by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC). WUTC regulates the rates, services and practices of privately-owned utilities to include these services in areas in and around Mount Rainier National Park. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111 and the small business size standard is $41.5 total receipts over the past three years. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis which will be considered by the agency.
