Description

State: New York City: Buffalo Delineated Area: See the attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 54,549 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 55,639 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 22 Parking Spaces (Reserved& Secured):�22 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Additional Requirements: The agency may not be housed on more than three contiguous floors. The agency must have 24/7 access.� Basement or below grade space is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
