The Regional Health Contracting Office � Atlantic, Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intends to Sole Source the below products as they are the only manufacturer that makes these products. Mentor Worldwide, LLC � ��������� 33 Technology Dr. ��������� Irvine, CA� 92617-2346 Products: See Attached Product Listing Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) has a requirement to purchase saline filled breast implants, silicone gel implants and breast tissue expander surgical supplies for procedures scheduled from 14 February 2020 - 30 September 2020.� These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon�s opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient�s condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome.� These are specific products that are requested by the surgeons.� These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient.� No telephonic request will be honored or returned.� This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.� All responses will be received no later than 6 February 2020 at 1:00 PM EST.
