- SOURCES SOUGHT- THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) IS RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10, MARKET RESEARCH. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and nothing shall be construed herein or through the RFI process to commit or obligate to further action as a result of this RFI. This notice should not be construed as commitment for any purpose other than market research. This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit to any contractual agreement. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. There is no solicitation available and requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Mission Support and Test Services (CONTRACTOR) is responsible for facility and infrastructure at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS).� CONTRACTOR is seeking qualification from suppliers capable of providing qualified personnel for level-of-effort technical support for the generation of safety basis documents in accordance with DOE-STD-3009-2014 and DOE-STD-1189-2016 as directed by CONTRACTOR.� Additionally, supplier will provide Nuclear safety related support documentation/calculations (e.g., �option 3� dispersion analysis in accordance with DOE-STD-3009-2014) as requested by CONTRACTOR to ensure compliance and acceptability associated with the aforementioned DOE standards. INTERESTED SUPPLIERS SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOW REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated experience developing and implementing safety basis documents in accordance with DOE-STD-3009-2014 Demonstrated experience developing safety basis documents for projects in accordance with DOE-STD-1189-2016 and DOE-STD-3009-2014 Demonstrated experience developing approved dispersion analysis in accordance with Option 3, Section 3.2.4.2, of DOE-STD-3009-2014 An NQA-1 compliant Quality Assurance program, including software quality assurance associated with DOE Tool box codes for use in nuclear safety applications Key Personnel: Provide a listing of key personnel with functional responsibilities which adequately addresses the disciplines as described in the requirement. Submit resumes for the management team (Program/Project Manager) and Safety Basis staff. Identify whether certifications are currently held by the proposed staff. Submit key personnel information on Standard Form (SF) 330 or similar form. Interested supplier shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience and shall demonstrate firms experience and bench strength in the scope areas indicated. REQUESTED INFORMATION - Suppliers who believe they possess the necessary experience and expertise should respond with, all required qualifications, indicating their interest and providing sufficient information to demonstrate a capability to provide these services. Qualifications will be evaluated to determine list of qualified sources. All suppliers must be US Citizen.
