Sources Sought Notice This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the Regional Procurement Office, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 located in Houston, Texas in support of the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Bldg. 100, Houston, Texas 77030 to identify other sources that are capable of providing preventative maintenance and service on Sebia lab equipment. I.� OVERVIEW Description / Scope / Objective. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, and tools to provide preventative maintenance and service on Sebia equipment: Capillarys 2 and Hydrasys 2 with Scan. NAICS: 334516 Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing SIZE STANDARDS: $11M Title of Project: Preventative maintenance and service for Sebia lab equipment The tentative period of performance: March 1, 2020 February 28, 2021 with four (4), additional one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the government discretion. If this is a service your business can provide, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice by 3:30pm Central Time on February 11, 2020. II.� VETERANS FIRST CONTRACTING PROGRAM:� The Department of Veterans Affairs is dedicated to the Veterans First Contracting Program and encourages any certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) capable of furnishing the required services to respond.� In accordance with Veterans Affair Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) sections 819.7005 and 819.7006, if a sufficient number of eligible SDVOSB or VOSB firms are identified during market research the acquisition will be set-aside for SDVOSB or VOSB participation. III. INFORMATION REQUESTED FROM INDUSTRY: Please submit your response (capability statement) in accordance with the following: Has the Contractor provided same or similar services? **(No more than 5 pages, excluding transmittal page listing active contracts for commercial, federal, state, and local governments. List of contracts shall provide communication of the Government requirement illustrating the capability for comparison). **Include the business name, physical address, point of contact name, phone number and email address; DUNS number, NAICS code, Business Size: Small or Large; Type of Business: Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Disadvantaged Small Business, and Hub Zone. **Indicate whether your company, subcontractors, teaming partners, joint ventures have a Federal Socio-Economic status. Address if your firm has the capability to perform the maintenance and service listed in the overview; Address how long it would take from the date of contract award for you to commence furnishing services; What services or products are sub-contracted? Please provide a breakdown of what your company sub-contracts. Please provide percentages of the work you will be providing as self-performed and sub-contracted. Is the Contractor available under any of the following: Government Wide Agency Contract (GWAC), General Services Administration Schedules (GSA), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and/or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).**If the company holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract, list the GSA Contract Number and relevant Special Item Numbers (SINS) applicable to this requirement If SDVOSB/VOSB, is your company and/or partners registered in VA s VetBiz repository?
