- 1 year maintenance contract for Hitachi Microscope S-3500N with components: -C50E-0553 Stage motor drive unit - C50E-0426 Touch Sensor C50E-0207 RS-232S Communication Interface The service should include inspection, repair, and maintain equipment and components listed above. Preventive Maintenance should include - Cleaning of the instrument, replacement parts when necessary inspection and replacement of vacuum pump oils, seals, and filters. Inspection and replacement of vacuum hoses, air lines and water lines. Inspection and adjustment, if necessary, of all systems. Column alignment and inspection of image. Intent to award with option years. 1 base year plus 4 option years. Please include option year pricing.
