Description

Per FAR 6.302-1 This is a special notice of Indian Health services intent for a Sole source award to Hologic for PM services contract� with a period of a�base plus four option years.� If anyone is capable and authorized to perform the services below�(also see attached SOW)�please reply to the POC listed. The contractor shall provide necessary support services. The contractor shall provide the necessary service, parts, and maintenance as required/needed. The contractor shall provide Phone Support. The contractor shall provide On-Site Services. The contractor will provide software updates if necessary or as required. The contractor will notify PIMC if there�s any recall or any changes regarding the equipment and supplies. The contractor will dispatch a qualified tech if necessary to perform service and maintenance if the problem cannot be resolved though the phone tech support service in 24 hours at their expense. The contractor shall provide on-call response within 60 minutes for weekends, holidays, and after normal duty hours for emergency tech support service. This work shall be continuous 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until completed
