Description

Solicitation replaces SPE4A7-19-Q-1933; Solicitation for End Item: Aircraft, Orion P3, NSN 1680-00-858-0582, PR 0080946634, P/N 247-0011-003. This is an unrestricted, firm fixed price definite quantity, other than full and open competition acquisition for 31 each. Configuration Control apply; NAICS 336413. Sole source to ITT Corporation DBA ITT Cannon (71468) FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Delivery Schedule: 170 days ARO. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The request is for a written proposal. Please submit offers to the Bid Desk fax # (804) 279-4165. OFFERORS MUST COMPLETE A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. ELECTRONIC OFFERS ARE ACCEPTABLE. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
