Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N20Q0019�for Bonneville Dam Navlock 2 Elevator Maintenance is hereby as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-12. This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $8 million. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov/ prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. The Contract Specialist is Shara Ihrke and can be reached for questions at Shara.L.Ihrke@usace.army.mil. The Portland District Contracting Office Small Business Professional is Ms. Carol McIntyre and can be reached at 503-808-4602. A firm-fixed priced, commercial services contract shall be awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for elevator maintenance and repair at the Bonneville Dam. The Period of Performance will be 30 days from contract award. The services are to be performed at the following location: Bonneville Lock & Dam, Interstate 84, Exit 40, Cascade Locks, Oregon 97014.
