Description

Draft SOW - The second paragraph of 3.2.2.2 has been revised, 3.2.2.3 has been deleted, 3.4.2� and 3.4.7 tables have been updated to remove the requirement for SCI. The Draft SOW is also being published with the intent to solicit comments and promote competition.� It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office suggestions from industry regarding how competition may best be achieved regarding the Draft SOW.� The comments and suggestions should be submitted in a separate document (but in the same e-mail) from the capabilities statement package and will not count against the page limit outlined above.� If an interested business has already submitted a capabilities statement package, and does not wish to make any changes as a result of this amendment, they may submit an additional email with comments and suggestions. Respondents should also include their company name and cage code with this document.� All such suggestions will be considered; however, the Government reserves the right to solicit for the required services in a manner of its own choosing in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations.� No questions will be accepted and no responses will be provided with reference to comments or suggestions.
