This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13- Simplified Procedures and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 or some combination thereof. Solicitation number 36C25620Q0254 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-03- 12/23/2019. The proposed contract action is for a Repair and Replace Domestic Water Pump Services for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans, LA.
