SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT Solicitation Number:� W15QKN-20-Q-5089 Refuse & Recycling Collection, Canton, New York This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only.� It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, from small businesses in all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are capable of performing the below requirement. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 562111 �Solid Waste Collection�.����� The ACC-NJ anticipates releasing a solicitation announcement, to be published via https://beta.sam.gov/ in the near future. �The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance consisting of one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. � 2. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: Refuse and Recycling Collection Canton USARC, 45 West Main Street, Canton, NY 13617-1271 See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details �3. PREVIOUS CONTRACT: Contract Number:� W15QKN-15-P-1235 Contractor:� B. Diaz Sanitation Contract value:� $38,979.00 Period of Performance: One (1) 6-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.� 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this Sources Sought Notice will NOT be accepted. �Capabilities statement must include: Company Name; Point of contact name, phone number & email address; DUNS Number; CAGE Code; Business Size.
