The purpose of this amendment is to: Update currency to NOK; Add CLIN 0011-0015 for Airport Parking Fees in Setermoen; Add CLIN 0016-0020 for Airport Parking Fees in Vaernes; Add CLIN 0021-0025 for Tolls in Setermoen; Add CLIN 0026-0030 for Tolls in Vaemes; Add Provisions and Clause: Provision 252.204-7016, Covered Defense Telecommunications Equipment or Services Provision 252.204-7017, Prohibition on the Acquisition of Covered Defense Telecommunications Equipment or Services Clause 252.204-7018, Prohibition on the Acquisition of Covered Defense Telecommunications Equipment or Services in solicitations issued; Delete 52.214-35 Submission of Offers in U.S Currency; and Update Performance Work Statement (PWS) (see updates in red text). ******************************************************************************************************************************* Proposal Question and Answers have been attached to solicitation. Amendment will be posted no later than 7 February 2020. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEASE OF VEHICLES 13 IN VAERNES NORWAY AND 13 VEHICLES IN SETERMOEN NORWAY The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to provide vehicle leases. The contractor shall perform services required in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditions under the associated contract. See attached solicitation package. Proposal Questions must be submitted by 27 January 2020 by 02:00 PM Central European Time (CET) to Magdalena Guerra at magdalena.guerra@eu.navy.mil and Vicki Blankenship at vicki.blankenship@eu.navy.mil. Proposal Questions will be answered by 31 January 2020 by 4:00 PM Central European Time (CET) and posted on https://beta.sam.gov/. The complete Proposal must be submitted by 14 February 2020 by 02:00 PM Central European Time (CET) to Magdalena Guerra at magdalena.guerra@eu.navy.mil and Vicki Blankenship at vicki.blankenship@eu.navy.mil. Award will be made no later than March 2020.
