- 2/7/20- The purpose of this administrative amendment is to clarify to potential offerors that questions�are to�be submitted through the proposal box, or directly to the POCs. The question deadline remains 10 February 2020, 3:00 pm local San Antonio Time. 2/4/20- The purpose of this administrative amendment is to state that all official Request for Proposal documents are dated 28, 29, and 31 January 2020. The Official RFP consists of the Solicitation FA805220R0002.� Supporting attachments are titled ""Attachment (number and�document name)"".� However, Attachment 19 (the Instructions to Offerors) has 8 attachments of its own titled ""ITO Attachment (Document Title)"". 1/31/20- The purpose of the administrative amendment is to unlock Column F in ITO Attachment 8 Cross Reference Matrix.� Beta.Sam functions differently between Internet Explorer and Chrome, it is suggested to utilize both browsers.� 1/29/20- The purpose of the administrative amendment is to include the omitted attachment 15 and to remove the watermarks off of ITO attachments 1 and 5 for the official RFP post. This is the official Request For Proposals (RFP) The RFP consists of Solicitation FA805220R0002, Attachments 1-24, and ITO Attachments 1-8; a�total of 33 documents. The FAP is a congressionally mandated program with The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) oversite to provide prevention/treatment of Domestic Violence/Child Abuse (DV/CA) for military families IAW DoDI 6400.1, Family Advocacy Program, and DoDI 6400.06, Domestic Abuse Involving DoD Military and Certain Affiliated Personnel, to maximize readiness. FAP promotes public awareness/prevention of DV/CA and allows for restricted reports; provides assessment, rehabilitation, and treatment (including abuser intervention) for families, intimate partners, and victims of extra-familial child abuse; and provides victim advocacy services for military personnel and beneficiaries. FAP increases the competency/efficacy of families; preserves families where abuse occurred; and collaborates with state/local civilian social services, law enforcement, and medical agencies to prevent further harm. Located at AF/AF-led joint bases with command sponsored families.
