- The US Department of Transportation (USDOT), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to identify potential Contractors that may be interested in and capable of performing the work described herein to provide support the development of workforce recruitment materials. PHMSA welcomes all qualified Contractor concerns with the appropriate NAICS Code and past experience to submit their Corporate Capability Statements that demonstrate their ability to successfully accomplish the goals of the proposed project as listed below. PHMSA does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this notice or otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. No formal evaluation of the information received in response to this RFI will be conducted.� However, PHMSA may later issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP).� Nonetheless, should such a requirement fail to materialize, no basis for claims against PHMSA shall arise due to responding to this notice. OBJECTIVE: The PHMSA Human Resources Division is seeking to acquire expertise in the development of marketing; promotional; and, recruitment materials to be used for the purposes of communicating to and attracting potential job candidates at career fairs, outreach events, etc. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: At a minimum, PHMSA is seeking a source to perform the following: Develop Marketing; Promotional and Recruiting Materials for PHMSA for career fairs; outreach�� events; etc. to attract potential job candidates � Interview current PHMSA Executives; Managers; and, Employees to develop testimonials and content for outreach materials and visual displays � Design and develop content for visual displays for recruitment and outreach events. Develop; Pre-Produce; Produce; Post Produce recruitment media that features employee testimonials and depicts the PHMSA safety mission ���� � FORMAT OF RESPONSES TO THIS RFI All parties interested in responding to this RFI shall submit the following: Corporate Capability Statement tailored to the that demonstrate ability to successfully accomplish the objectives of the project; Clear Identification of Business Size; Estimate cost for services; Three past performance references for work similar in size and scope as described herein; and Questions and comments.
