Description

The 413TH CSB, Regional Contracting Office-Alaska (RCO-AK) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research (FAR Part 10) to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Visual Information Photography Services on Fort Wainwright, Alaska (FWA). The intent is to procure these services on a competitive basis with 8(a) businesses. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. The registration process is free, but does take time and effort on behalf of a firm to complete. Interested parties are encouraged to start the registration process early so the firm can be considered for award. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement will be an 8(a) Small Business Development Program set-aside.� Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The contract type is anticipated to be a Performance-Based, Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements contract. If a solicitation is released, it will be released on the government-wide point of entry (GPE). It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the GPE for additional information pertaining to this requirement."" REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The services provided by the Visual Information Photography contract shall be performed�on Fort Wainwright, Alaska, at building 3025, Room 163. The Government reserves the right to change the location of the work site on Fort Wainwright, if necessary. No photography services shall be performed at any other location without the approval of the KO in collaboration with the primary client. �Photography services shall be limited to still photos only. Still photos shall be limited to DA Official photos in accordance with AR 640-30, passport photos required for official travel, and biographical photos examples of which consist of chain of command photos and individual Soldier deployment and award recognition photos. �All other photographs not categorized in one of these three groups shall not be provided unless approved by the KO in collaboration with the primary client. For DA Official Photographs, the contractor shall: � Maintain a DAPMIS account for the photo facility. Produce and upload official photographs into DAPMIS on the day the photographs are taken. Upload into DAPMIS only official photographs taken by authorized users of the account. Load photographs directly to DAPMIS using this Web site https://www.isdrad16.army/mil.dapmis/ Ensure the photographic image is available for retrieval for two (2) years.
