- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award Armtec Countermeasures Company a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price Contract for RR-198/AL & RR-199/AL Chaff Countermeasures. This Contract is planned to contain one base and two option periods, which will satisfy Government requirements for Fiscal Years (FY) 2021-2023 with an estimated quantity of 24,000 units per year. The anticipated award date is 28 February 2021. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or be responsible for any money expended by the interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above; information herein is subject to change, and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.
