- Summary of Amendment 1: This amendment revises the instructions regarding where to obtain the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and other publically available SAFE-SiM BAA related documents, and provides instructions regarding how to request and obtain SAFE-SiM BAA related unclassified controlled information/documents. Original Synopsys Below: The DARPA Adaptive Capabilities Office (ACO) is developing an all-domain, Multi-Level Security (MLS) enabled Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environment to perform mission-level M&S for senior-level military decision makers, technology developers, and acquisition professionals for use in concept of operations (CONOP) development, force structure composition, resource allocation, and targeted technology insertion.
