Description

The purpose of Amendment A00003 is to correct the administrative errors within the combined synopsis document. See corrections listed below. (v) The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price award for grease interceptor management services at the Central Western Massachusetts VAMC. See the attached Performance Work Statement for full requirement details. Please complete the Price Schedule below and submit with the quote submission. (vii) The Place of Performance is the VA Central Western Massachusetts, 421 North Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053. The period of performance shall be 12-month Base Year starting in February 2020 with four 12- month Optional periods of performance. How big are the grease tanks to be cleaned? One tank, three compartments,�approximately 5,000 Gallons as identified in the original service specification, excerpt from PWS below.� Tank is located above parking lot T in grassy area adjacent to Building 5.�� Parking Lot T serves as the driveway to the Main Kitchen loading dock restricting access on Monday and Thursdays.� Top of tank is approximately 5 feet below grade with access via 3 standard manhole covers into three compartments.� Tank volume is approximately 5,000 gallons. What are the pipe sizes to be cleaned and how many total feet need to be cleaned? 4 inch waste line, approximately 40 feet. Quotes will now be due on 2/14/2020 at 1:00PM EST. Note: Period of performance dates may change at time of award.
