- 2/12/2020 - This is the final DRAFT RFP which was originally posted under FA701420R0001.� A pre-proposal conference will be held on 18 Feb 2020 at 3500 Fetchet Ave on Joint Base Andrews MD at 0930 AM.� Registration details are provided in the Special Notice for FA701420R0015. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain Contractor support to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force Office of Business Transformation (SAF/MG) and Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO) in managing and improving Strategic Transformation Initiatives at the enterprise level. The Government desires to establish a two-tierd multi-awrd IDIQ to meet the strategic transformation needs of the Air Force, which can also include OSD and other service CMO's.
