- 36C25520Q0134 Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 15), Leavenworth, KS intends to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide Clinical Simulation Training Equipment/Devices and Installation for John J. Pershing Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Learning Resource Center) at John J. Pershing Veterans Affairs Medical Center Learning Resource Center 1500 North Westwood Blvd. Poplar Bluff, MO 63901 The details including full specifications will be included in the Request for Quote, which will be released on or about February 4, 2020 and open for about fourteen (14) days. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. All responsible sources may submit quotes to be considered by the VA. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website at (https://www.beta.sam.gov), so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit this website, as no contracts can be awarded to any offeror NOT registered.
