- Performance Work Statement APC In-Row Cooling Unit and UPS Refurbishment New Mexico Veterans Affairs Health Care System (NMVAHCS) INTRODUCTION: This Cooperative Studies Program, Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CRPCC) in Albuquerque, NM requirement is for revitalization, battery replacement and recertification services for components and software applications that comprise the APC hardware equipment in the CRPCC Server Room. This requirement covers three (3) ACRD100 In-Row cooling units and two (2) AP9215RM Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) systems containing two power modules per unit and twelve batteries per unit. BACKGROUND The Cooperative Studies Program, Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CRPCC) requires revitalization, battery replacement and recertification services based on the specified standardized service packages stated in this Performance Work Statement for its three (3) ACRD100 In-Row cooling units and two (2) AP9215RM UPS units located in the Server Room. EQUIPMENT: SERIAL # Model Number Description JK1429000357 ACRD100 In-Row Cooling Unit JK1429000356 ACRD100 In-Row Cooling Unit JK1429000064 ACRD100 In-Row Cooling Unit PD1135340116 AP9215RM Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) system PD1135340113 AP9215RM Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) system REQUIRED SERVICES: Vendor shall provide the following standardized service packages Line Item Item Description Qty 1 WADVULTRA-AX-15 1YR ADVANTAGE ULTRA SVCS PLAN 3 2 WPCAVCOOL-UG-02 1-Pre-Contract Audit for 1-300-600mm ACRD or ACRP 3 3 WMPRS2-MP-22 Modular UPS Revitalization Service for (1) Symmetra 2 4 WMBRS4-MB-T4 - Modular Battery Replacement Service 4 X SYBT4 2 After completion, vendor shall provide standard documentation associated with these packages to either the Subject Matter Expert (SME) or the Contracting Officer s Representative (COR) CONFORMANCE STANDARDS: Contract service shall ensure that the equipment functions in conformance with the latest published edition of the applicable standards, such as: NFPA-99, UL, OSHA, VA, CDRH, etc. and the Manufacturer's Performance standards/ specifications as used when the equipment was originally procured and that any upgrades/updates will meet the stated standards/specifications. HOURS OF COVERAGE: Normal hours of coverage are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm New Mexico time (Mountain). All service/repairs will be performed during normal hours of coverage unless requested or approved by the COR or his/her designee. Work performed outside the normal hours of coverage must be approved by the COR or his/her designee. Federal Holidays observed by NMVAHCS are: New Years' Day Labor Day Martin Luther King Day Columbus Day Presidents' Day Veterans' Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Independence Day Christmas Day OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION OR SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Services to be performed at: VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center 2401 Centre Ave SE Albuquerque, NM 87106 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: This acquisition will be a single purchase of services with a period of performance lasting one (1) calendar year from date of award.
