- Description
- Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY), in support of U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) and the US Navy�s fleet of nuclear propulsion hull class of aircraft carriers (CVN), is seeking interested contractors with significant maintenance, repair, ship alteration/modernization, advanced planning and execution experience to provide scheduled non-dry-docking availability maintenance, as well as non-scheduled maintenance and repair between availabilities at SRF-JRMC in Yokosuka, Japan. The Contractor will be required to have a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and provide the material, labor, equipment, support (electrical, crane, rigging, etc.) and facilities (except those provided by the government) necessary for the accomplishment of the required ship maintenance, repair, planning, and ship alteration.� � Estimated Contract Effective Date: 01 May 2021 Estimated Stand-up at SRF-JRMC Yokosuka: 01 June 2020 Contract Type: Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Estimated Solicitation Issue Date:� June/July 2020 Estimated Solicitation Due Date:� August 2020 Estimated Man-Day Labor Hours:� 40,750 Man-Days, per year Estimated Available Resources:� Share of 10,000 SF of available contractor laydown area.� Share of satellite laydown areas for sub-contractor�s temporary shacks.� The distribution of the available space will be determined based on contractors and their respective man-day workload.
