- Description
- The U.S. Embassy in Nairobi has a requirement for to undertake construction of a residential swimming pool and cabana.� Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is 19KE5020Q0002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation.� The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-04/01-15-2020.� Items to be acquired:� Deliver construction services to U.S. Embassy Nairobi no later than 60 days after contract award.� FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.� Provide a detailed proposal per the statement of work specifications as part of their offer.
