- This solicitation is issued in an effort to establish a five year IDIQ contract to manage the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) Facilitate Other Maintenance (FOM) program.� The contractor shall manage and maintain the 309 AMXG's FOM program for aircraft (C-130, F-16, F-22, F-35�and T-38) at Hill AFB, UT and its geographically separated unit at Randalph AFB, TX� (575 AMXS T-38 workload).� The Contractor shall receive, issue, inventory, verify FOM parts and material in preparation for storage, and provide a positive control of parts and material.� FOM is considered either aircraft parts or material. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE FACILITATE OTHER MAINTENANCE (FOM) PROGRAM 309TH AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE GROUP (309 AMXG) Solicitation Number:� FA8224-20-R-0001������������� Notice Type: Pre-Proposal Conference ����������������������������������������������������������������������������������� ������������������������ And Site Visit����������� �� A Pre-Proposal Conference and site visit will be held at Hill Air Force Base, UT on 25 February 2020, beginning at 8:30 A.M. Mountain Standard Time for interested vendors. �The attendees will meet in the southeast foyer of building 100 located on 4th Street.� An overview of the acquisition�s requirements will be presented, followed by a site visit to one of the FOM locations.� The group will then return to building 100 for questions and further discussion.� Each company may send a maximum of two individuals. �Interested venders must respond to this notice by email to one of the individuals below by 12:00 Noon, MST 19 February 2020. NOTICE:� �Any information submitted by respondents to this notice is voluntary and will not be returned.� The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with the submission of information in response to this notice or for attending the conference.� Purpose: The pre-proposal conference is being held to provide interested vendors the opportunity to obtain a thorough understanding of the requirements of this program and to view our current process to assist them in the preparation of their response to solicitation FA8224-20-R-0001. This acquisition has been designated as a total Small Business Set-Aside.� The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 493190, Other Warehousing and Storage, with a corresponding business size standard of $30,000,000.� The Service Code is S215. 2.� Program Details: The AMXG Maintenance Group wishes to obtain services to supply all personnel and supervision to manage the 309th Aircraft Maintenance Group (AMXG) Facilitate Other Maintenance (FOM) program for aircraft (C-130, F-16, F-22, A-10, F-35 and T-38) parts and material. The contractor shall receive, issue, inventory, verify FOM parts and material in preparation for storage, and provide a positive control of parts and material during the maintenance process.� Facilitate Other Maintenance is considered either aircraft parts or material and will be referred to as FOM assets. The contractor shall provide a management structure that enables contractor personnel to effectively perform the roles and responsibilities identified in each individual task order (TO) while ensuring appropriate employees are present and engaged in the designated tasks in the TO. When identified at the TO level, personnel will be required to possess and maintain a Secret Clearance with the required investigations completed, to include a National Agency Check with local Agency Checks and Credit Check (NACLC) and local agency checks IAW AFI 31-501, Personnel Security Management Program, Air Force Systems Security Instruction (AFSSI) 8522, Access to Information.
