Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the 278th National Guard Service Members - Yellow Ribbon Pre-Deployment prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and this is the written solicitation. Solicitation number W912L7-Q-20-0515 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 effective 15 JAN 2020. This requirement is being advertised UNRESTRICTED and the North American size standard is $32.5M Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 721110. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this Agency. This award is subject to the Service Contract Act, https://beta.sam.gov/ The location for the event is (IN ORDER) Murfreesboro, Franklin/Brentwood, Nashville, TN, 15-17 MAY 2020. Quotes are due in this office no later than 21 FEBUARAY 2020, FRIDAY @ 11:00am (CST) local central daylight time. All information and requirements are listed in the Performance Work Statement. Evaluation factors for this award are based TECHNICAL and the ability to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement. Offeror MUST provide Tax ID and CAGE Code and DUNN�s# with quote. Offeror must provide layout with quote of meeting rooms. Offeror must be certified in www.SAM.gov .
