- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION �COMBO�: Combat Medicine and Technical Rescue Specialist Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-A133 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04 effective 15 Jan 2020, Defense Procurement Notice 20200123, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1003. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 with a small business size standard of $12,000,000.00. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 0001 - 10 Day Combat Medic Training. (18 Pararescuemen) Paramedic Refresher QTY: 1 U/I: BD Please refer to the PWS for specific requirements. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror�s capability to meet the defined characteristics of the requirement. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due no later than 13 February 2020, 10:00 AM. Answers will be posted by 14 February 2020, 10:00 AM. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 18 February 2020, 10:00 AM. � It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
