Description

PROJECT SUMMARY The existing space is a racquetball court that will be remodeled into a weight room. The court to be remodeled is on the far north end of the building adjacent to the other racquetball courts. The scope includes removal of existing door; frame and windows will remain. New paint throughout the space, new wall base, and new MDF wainscoting. Removal of existing wood flooring and fiberglass wall panels. Acoustical wall panels to be installed and new athletic resilient flooring. �The existing lighting and HVAC vents are to remain. One new ceiling fans to be installed. New electrical outlets throughout and install wall mirrors.� New fire alarm devices to be installed in the room and in the electrical room to provide a complete detection system. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor awarded will need to provide information to have business set up for payment.� Also will need to fill out forms for Reps & Certs, W-9, & Authorization Agreement For Vendor Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer.� If you are large business you will need to be set up on 45 days net terms and small business will be 30 days Net terms. You must also provide three References of similar like work within the past two years�in your bid package.�� Pre-Bid to look at the site is scheduled on 21 February 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time zone.� Please notify teddy.thomas@.ctr@us.af.mil 72 hours in advance by providing your full name, date of birth, state, and driver license for base access. Award will be contingent upon approval of funds, reference checks, D&B rating, and low cost acceptable.��
