MARKET SURVEY � Request for Information (RFI):� The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) issues this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify interested parties for this requirement.� This Sources Sought Notice is focused on identifying capabilities in the market place and resources to support this requirement, as well as obtaining related technical information for the procurement of the items listed below. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.� The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334419, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 The envisioned item anticipated to be procured from a contractor as a result of a potential future solicitation is identified below. This is a Brand Name Requirement. (This material is at the end of life). � The NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PORT HUENEME DIVISION is seeking to purchase the following: The system it supports: National Instrument (NI) PXI-8360, PXI-4072, and PXI-4070 are used in the test equipment Combined Missile Test Set (CMTS) MK 680 Mod 3 which supports MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS). The function of the item: The CMTS is used to test canisters. MXI-Express Interface, PXI Remote Control Module�The PXI-8360, PXI-4072, and PXI-4070 allows you to control PXI and Compact PCI systems from your PC using a fully transparent MXI-Express link. It is installed in a PXI chassis and uses a PCI Express-to-PCI bridge to interface with an installed PCI-8360, PXI-4072, and PXI-4070 through a copper, x1 MXI-Express cable. The NI PXI-8360, PXI-4072, and PXI-4070 parts are at end-of-life. This is a lifetime buy to support the life of the CMTS ATE.
