As a reminder, the response time identified in the Solicitation Instruction to offerors is the final authority of when responses are due. _____________________________________________________________________ 13 February 2020 (Contract Award) The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific has awarded three (3) Multiple Award Contracts as a result of RFP N66001-20-R-0070. The contracts have a two-year base period with three two-year option periods. The contracts were issued to Data Intelligence LLC, N66001- 20-D-3601, in the amount of $28,008,902 (includes option); ODME Solutions LLC, N66001-20-D-3602, in the amount of $28,008,902 (includes option); and Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc., N66001-20-D- 3603, in the amount of $28,008,902 (includes option). 1 November 2019 The due date for proposals is extended to 5 November 2019 at 1500 local San Diego, CA time. 22 October 2019 The purpose of this update is to post the Answer to Question 12 and post the Final RFP Amendment 3 which revises RFP Attachment 2_Reference Information Sheet Rev 2 See attachments for details. 21 October 2019 Posting Answers to Questions 10-11. In case of the absence of the primary contract specialist, please direct questions to Keishla Valenzuela, keishla.valenzuela@navy.mil *********************************************************************** The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific), formerly SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) No. N66001-19- R-0070 test and standards support services work for standards engineering and analysis, test support, configuration management of tactical information design standards, architecture engineering and analysis services, and fleet support engineering services to ensure interfacing Navy, Joint Service, and Allied Nations air, surface, subsurface and land Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems are interoperable. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside anticipated to result in multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contracts (MAC) with cost- plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) pricing arrangements. The prospective contracts will have a five year ordering period. Orders will be placed pursuant to the ordering process at FAR 16.505(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services ((Except (a) � Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons)), with a Small Business Size Standard of $41.5 million. The incumbents are Data Intelligence (N66001-14-D-0140), IntelliSolutions (N66001-14-D-0141), and Tactical Engineering & Analysis (N66001-14-D-0142). NIWC Pacific anticipates that the final RFP for N66001-19-R-0070 will be released on or around 01 October 2019. The solicitation will only be available electronically. Electronic copies of the RFP may be obtained from the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at https://ecommerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/command/02/acq/navhome.nsf/homepage? readform under NIWC Pacific ""Open Solicitations.""
