Description: NGA has a need to monitor Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) tank fill levels with a worldwide subscription to a dataset that includes, but is not limited to, the top global oil exporters and importers (e.g at a minimum including Angola, Brazil, China, Iran, Russia, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela). NGA is interested in broadening our understanding of global oil storage and trade trends that affect economic growth.
