ID-ID FWO-WATER QUALITY ASSESSMENT Description: Notice of Intent for award of sole, procuring development, project management, and mentoring for Idaho Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 consultations pertaining to water quality Environmental Reviews or Assessments from EPA or any other federal action agency. Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL The FSC Code is B510, the NAICS Code is 541620 and the size standard is $16.5M. Notice of Intent for Award: The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to Clay Fletcher Consulting to review biological assessments and provide project management and mentoring for Idaho ESA Section 7 consultations pertaining to water quality Environmental Reviews or Assessments from EPA or any other federal action agency. Clay Fletcher Consulting has been determined to be the only firm with the knowledge in Endangered Species Act Section 7, and Idaho centric species and water quality knowledge which requires no training or other start-up time with current and incoming consultation work. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement for consideration. Responses must include an explanation of their experience with ESA and water quality assessment in Idaho water bodies, Idaho species. Responses are due No Later Than 4:30 PM (Pacific Time) on 20 February 2020. Questions may be addressed to Cheryl Mockford, Contracting Officer, PH: 503-231-2394, E-Mail: Cheryl_Mockford@fws.gov.
