- The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Omnicell INC. of Mountain View, CA for the service of OMNICELL ANALYTICS DRUG DIVERSION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE, NAICS 511210 applies; the small business size standard is $41.5 million. The Contractor shall provide OMNICELL ANALYTICS DRUG DIVERSION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 for a period of the date of award for twelve (12) months with four (4) One (1) year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on February 14, 2020. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to VAAAHS, Attn: Thomas Auten, Contracting Officer, NCO 10 Contracting Office, and PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, MI 48106.
