Description: UH-60 tail rotor blade balancer, part number AV-002-001, S/N AV-97092, be upgraded with a new computer, printer, touch screen monitor, calibrated load cells and Windows based software. The old electronics are worn out and not reliable anymore and we already had it repaired three times by Avion. Avion Manufacturing Inc. is the manufacturer of the balancer and they have all the trained and qualified personnel on staff to service our equipment.
