Description

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox (MICC-Fort Knox) intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Global Experience Specialist, Inc. (GES). �Under FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GES is the official convention service contractor and sole vendor authorized to provide ancillary convention services for the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Global Forces Symposium and Exposition (GFSE) located at the Von Braun Center, 700 Monroe St., SW Huntsville, AL 35801 on March 14-19, 2020. The US Army Accession Mission Support Battalion's, National Convention Division (NCD) is only an the attendee to this event as a requirement in support of US Army Marketing, Education, ROTC Cadet Command, PaYs and Medical Recruiting. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) and a solicitation will not be issued.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 19 February 2020 at 16:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.�
