Description
The National Guard Bureau (NGB) will host the FY20 ARNG Modernization Equipping Requirements Conference during the week of 22 March 2020 at the National Guard Professional Education Center (PEC) located on Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas. �During the conference the States, Territories, and District of Columbia National Guard operations and logistics officers along with the ARNG/NGB Portfolio Managers will identify capability gaps. �Capability gaps that are subsequently adjudicated and validated will become candidates for procurement utilizing ARNG National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation Funds. Vendors desiring to display their products and capabilities are welcome to do so on 23-24 March 2020 from 1830-2130. �Due to space restrictions, vendors will be accommodated on a first-come first-serve basis.� Vendor setup can commence at 0900 on 23 March 2020.� All interested vendors should work directly with the PEC POC (see below) for allocated booth display space (approximately 10�x10�) and other essential information. �Displays outside the buildings are not allowed.� Government field representatives and staff can visit vendor exhibits to gain understanding of capabilities and product solutions that are available. �Vendors are not considered conference attendees and will not be allowed stay in PEC lodging.� Vendors will not be allowed to participate in the government breakout sessions or out-briefs to leadership. �Vendors are allowed to attend the general session briefings on 23 and 24 March; otherwise vendors will be restricted to the exhibit floor and will not be provided credentials allowing access into the government breakout sessions. �This is NOT a ""bidder's conference"" and this announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind. �The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any vendor for cost associated with participation in the Industry Trade Show.
