Description

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued � GENERAL: The Phoenix Indian Medical Center currently has a need for annual preventive maintenance, repairs, parts replacement (as required), upgrade software, un-schedule repairs, emergency repairs include after hours (4:30pm � 8:00am), replace filters, labor and travel for Sterizone Sterilization system VP4 and ON2 Oxygen Concentrators located in Central Sterile Room. The agreement shall be a full service. The medical equipment are located at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) in Phoenix, Arizona.� This will be a base plus four option year contract.
