Description

Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) Solicitation# W91364-20-Q-0010 RTI Catered Meals The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for catered meals on the following dates: 10 March, 2020 to 1 April, 2020 4 April, 2020 to 6 April, 2020 14 April, 2020 to 20 May, 2020 The meals will need to be delivered to: 147th RTI 3990 E. Broad St. DSCC BLDG#1 Quotes must comply with the requirements set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement. Quotes must include sufficient information (i.e. menus, licenses and certifications) that allow the OHARNG to determine whether they meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. � Vendors must provide sufficient documentation demonstrating that they possess an Ohio Food Service License.� This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320. The small business size standard is $8,000,000.00 This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. It will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors (IAW FAR 52.212-2(b)). All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)). Proposals are due by 12:00 pm 5 March, 2020 EST. You may submit your RFQ�s through the Government Port of Entry at https://beta.sam.gov . You may also email your proposals to herbert.l.brown24.mil@mail.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Offerors are encouraged to check https://beta.sam.gov/workspace often for changes and/or amendments to this RFQ. Requests for Clarification (RFC) must be submitted through https://beta.sam.gov/workspace or in writing via email to herbert.l.brown24.mil@mail.mil. No questions will be taken by phone. Responses to RFC�s will be posted to this RFQ in a question/answer format. RFQ�s must be submitted by 12:00 PM 28 February, 2020 The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
