Description

The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets: NOMENCLATURE: Power Supply AH-64 D/E Model INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 6130-01-454-8300 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 60-3782-5 ESTIMATED QTY Range: 100 Minimum - 480 Maximum (80 each FMS) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335931 and the size standard is 500 employees. The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), maintenance and overhaul contract, with minimum/maximum quantities listed above. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. There is a Depot maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for this requirement, DMWR-1-6130-296, Revision Date: 11/3/2017, No Change #. The DMWR is adequate for full and open competition for the overhaul of the Power Supply. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Requests for solicitation will be accepted by mail or email. Proposals may be emailed or mailed via the US Postal Services or delivered by a commercial delivery service. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
